The main goal of the company is to radically improve the lives of African people by building a commercially sustainable business. E.ON Off Grid Solutions uses global technology and process innovation to kick-start development and growth in underdeveloped regions.
Our purpose was to build an accessible CRM portal to support the management of customers as well as secondary administration tasks. We aimed to make it practicable for both operations and project development to ensure a smooth and seamless handover to the customers.
Our team designed an easily manageable CRM application that covers everything from sales, setting tariffs to metering and ticketing. The product works both online and offline as it considers the specifics of the consumer and the environment — lack of internet.
For this project, we adhered to front-end frameworks that allow building rich apps, as well as web software that fosters agile development and clean, efficient design.
The CRM system we created allows Tanzanians to stay connected with the outside world. They now have the opportunity to charge their cell phones, listen to the radio, watch TV whenever they want to, along with many other modern-day conveniences.
