The Challenge
Specialising in business and individuals financing, Tokuda Bank craved a radical upgrade - an easy to navigate website with a clean, modern design that connects equally well with both types of customers. Building websites for increasing the online visibility of well-established financial institutions requires extensive knowledge of how they operate both internally and for the public.
The Solution
Through regular and transparent communication with the client, our UI/UX designers defined which are the sensitive areas and they focused on designing a clear, easier-to-use structure where everything can be understood and accessed in a couple of clicks.
Our team designed enhanced product pages that communicate the bank's message, strengthen the relationship with the customer, and sell.
Being specialists in keeping the balance between design and performance, we incorporated several functionalities within the website, including:
- Online currency exchange rates and currency converter.
- Advanced loan calculator in two currencies (EUR & BGN).
- Great product pages that turn visitors into customers.
- A job listing section and enhanced application process.
- Interactive Branch & ATM locator.
- Categorised Newsfeed to provide an easier time navigating the content user is interested in.

For this particular project, we adhered to a functional technology framework that enabled us to optimise our developers' work. We aimed to deliver a simple and easy-to-use design and modular content management system structure which would allow easy platform management.
